Data may be downloaded via browser or via command line interface.
Downloading instructions may differ slightly depending on whether the sequencing was performed in the LSCF-sandbox or in the G-INCPM.
In both cases you will receive downloading instructions via an email upon sequencing completion, but the servers from which you will retrieve the data will depend where the sequencing was performed.
